CBORD Executive Management - Max Steinhardt

Max Steinhardt, Senior Vice President of Operations A seasoned technology and operations professional, Max brings CBORD over 25 years of startup, business management, merger and acquisitions experience. He is responsible for CBORD's engineering/R&D, product management, supply chain management, helpdesk, implementation and project management operations for all products and services.

Before joining CBORD, Max was involved in Silicon Valley startups including ITT/Qume Corporation, a computer systems and peripherals company, and FPN an integrated voice/data/video company that went public in 1993. Subsequently, he was VP of Sales, and then CEO and Chairman of TMS Sequoia, a public software imaging and services firm. He later served as VP/GM of Adaptec’s Storage Area Networking Group, a division which he formed, and built in part through leading its $150M acquisition of Platys Communications in 2001. Later, he acted as CFO and COO of VisionTEK, a venture backed mobile computing company based in Colorado.

Max is a graduate of Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics. He has completed postgraduate work at the University of California at Berkeley, Golden Gate University’s Ageno Graduate School of Business, and the Keller Graduate School of Management. Max is a PMI certified PMP, and is trained in LSS (Lean Six Sigma).
