Nutrition Service Suite (NSS) Item Coding - Part 3 - Portion Units
Adding foods to item maintenance is required for all implementations. The portion unit field is critical to item coding, as it controls nutrition information and the portion unit appears on each tray ticket and Room Service ticket. After attending this session, you will be able to add and edit portion units in Item Maintenance for NSS Coding.
