Product Support/Testing
Senior Data Management Associate
Utilizes CBORD products to support database projects within Database Services for new and existing clients. Responsibilities include participation in the establishment and maintenance of database standards, and creating and maintaining data.

Responsibilities also include project assignments from the Databse Services Manager; committed delivery dates; serving as primary contact for the client throughout the database build; creating and maintaining internal documentation for data coding strategies; interface with implementation reps and clients to ensure expectations are established and met; building and editing Webfood menus for new and existing clients; and all other duties related to keeping projects relevant and on-task.

Qualifications: Strong customer services skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience and proficiency with Access a plus. Abdobe Photoshop experience also desired. A four-year degree in an applicable field, or a combination of education and experience.

2008-039 Implementation Associate
Provide systems training and implementation support for foodservice management systems. Extensive travel in US and Canada required (80%). Flexibility and ability to work independently a must. Experience in training/implementation systems or project planning an asset. Excellent communication skills necessary. Onsite foodservice or clinical nutrition background a plus. Relocation to Ithaca is not required.

The Regional Account Manager represents the CBORD family of systems directly, and the full range of CBORD products indirectly to a geographic territory. The position requires knowledge of PC's, and excellent communication skills. The territory is PA, NJ, MD, DE, DC, VA, and WV. Substantial travel required - 60%.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or two years related experience, and previous sales experience in a similar environment preferred.

Generalist who provides support in one or more areas of Human Resources. Primary focus is on HR information system, supporting the employment and staffing process, Internet/Intranet, and administrative support. Ensures that all recruiting and hiring practices comply with EEO, ADA, FMLA, and other employment laws. Works with Director to meet employee and company needs. Assists in the basic design and implementation of company policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the role. Works under general supervision.
Qualifications: Associate's Degree in an applicable field, plus 4 to 5 years Human Resources experience or a Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years Human Resources experience. Experience in a computerized office environment, using IBM-compatible computers and MS Excel, Word, and Access. FrontPage, PowerPoint, and OrgPlus desired.

Administrative Support
Administrative Specialist
As a member of the Sales Administrative Team, this person will focus on the tasks required during the sales process prior to receiving an order/contract. The incumbent will work closely with the sales reps to manage the pre-order sales-related tasks. They will also provide backup to the Sales Support team. Functions will include first line of support to the sales team; preparing and formatting quotes; reviewing quotes for accuracy and completeness; entering quotes into a forecasting database; preparing literature packets, preparing contracts and addenda; preparing contract cover sheets; and possibly preparing daily check deposits.
Qualifications: An Associates degree and/or four years of experience in a similar position. Excellent Word and Excel skills are necessary. Excel expertise must be, at a minimum, at the intermediate to advanced level. Candidates need to possess the ability to focus on details and follow through on complex projects. Past experience with projects and being able to complete them efficiently and accurately is also a requirement for this position.
